Al-Shahbaa Real-Estate Investment & Development Co. was founded as an affiliated company of Al-Shahbaa Group Ltd. It is established according to the Chairman’s (Sheikh \ Saad ElAwidy) view, in the purpose of constructing buildings and facilities of the Group and competing into the local market of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the future prospects of real-estate investments outside the Kingdom.

The company was founded as a general contracting company to build, manage and maintain the hotels, and to purchase lands for building or investment. The company gets a license no (4030181890) from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in 1429 AH.
